This page does not replace the complete fishing rules, but it provides an overview of the most important rules every angler must know before starting to fish.
By purchasing a fishing permit, you confirm that you have read the valid fishing rules and will comply with them.

Failure to follow the fishing rules or these instructions may result in immediate termination of fishing without any refund of the permit price.
Each angler fishes at their own risk and is also responsible for any persons accompanying them.
🎫 Before you start fishing
Every angler must:
- have a valid purchased fishing permit,
- have the permit activated before fishing,
- be familiar with the valid fishing rules,
- follow the rules stated on this page.
🎣 Mandatory equipment
Throughout fishing, every angler must have:
- a valid activated fishing permit,
- equipment for catching carp species,
- a monofilament line with a minimum diameter of 0.30 mm,
- a large padded cradle or tub,
- a landing net with arms at least 80 cm,
- their own water container,
- a hook remover or forceps,
- disinfectant for treating the fish.
The padded tub must have solid edges at least 20 cm high.
Flat unhooking mats are not permitted in this fishery.
Before placing the fish, the tub must be wetted with water from the pond. The fish must be continuously doused with water throughout handling.
❤️ Careful handling of the catch
Fish are the greatest treasure of our fishery.
Therefore, every angler is obliged to:
- use a landing net,
- never place the fish directly on the ground,
- handle the fish only in a tub or cradle,
- handle the catch with the utmost care,
- treat any injury with disinfectant after unhooking,
- return the fish to the water as quickly as possible, unless kept in accordance with the fishing rules.
❌ It is prohibited
In particular, it is prohibited in the fishery to:
- move away from the rods while they are cast,
- fish outside the designated fishing spots,
- fish outside your fishing sector,
- leave the fishing spot between 19:00–07:00 during night fishing on a time permit,
- fish under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants,
- light an open fire,
- litter,
- damage trees, bushes or other vegetation,
- process or gut fish anywhere in the premises,
- enter private property or islands,
- drive to the water across other people’s land.
✅ Angler duties
Every angler is obliged to:
- keep the fishing spot tidy,
- take away all their own waste,
- respect other anglers,
- respect the reservation system,
- respect disabled (ZTP) fishing spots,
- after fishing, return the time permit to the box at the service building,
- upon request, allow inspection of the permit, mandatory equipment and rig used.
🚗 Parking
Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces.
It is prohibited to:
- drive a vehicle onto fishing spots,
- park by the water outside designated parking areas,
- drive across other people’s land,
- park in the reserved spaces at Hospůdka U Rybníka,
- violate traffic rules in the village.
